Hello all. I just read this about a new ADT drug ("DpC") discovery in Australia.

Anyone familiar with it, and thoughts about when it might be available?

Probably 10 years. How do you suppose reducing expression of PSA is a good thing?

This is very interesting. This drug does much more than reducing PSA. It targets androgen dependent and independent receptors. They already done a phase I clinical trial :
