Did my liver Panel so I could renew Abiraterone Rx.

Sported my latest mask and my Virtual 5k run tee for Tehachapi Parks and Recs. Signed up with a Team to do 76 miles to support Men with PCa this month

They gave me "Stat" status and I had the results before I got home!

All the levels are very good 💙

I couldn't go home to Hawaii over Memorial weekend😔 to see ohana (family) and pay respects to my Dad and G'pa both served in the Army (WWI and WWII) both at Punchbowl National Memorial of the Pacific.
