So just a question here, I was about to add Resveratrol but came across this…anyone taking this and have an opinion? I got this information off Memorial Sloan Kettering.
Patients with hormone-sensitive cancers should use caution, as resveratrol—at concentrations between 3 and 10 uM, similar to those needed for its other biological effects—exhibits estrogen-like properties and activates transcription by both estrogen and androgen receptors that lead to the stimulation of cancer cell proliferation.

Micronised resveratrol was, I believe, one of the first supplements that Dr. Myers recommended. He mentioned in a vlog post that patients that used it experienced tangible benefit. I can't locate that, but see: youtube.com/watch?v=kltZ0qB...
I think cancer patients are crazy to add supplements of unknown safety and efficacy. You may think there is a benefit based on effects in mice or other cancers, but what do you really know about its effect on prostate cancer in men? These lab studies showed it caused greater cancer cell proliferation at certain concentrations:
