MPC diagnosed Dec 2018. Gleason 8. 10 of 12 cores cancer. Psa 14. Started Lupron and docetaxel. Bone scan 5 mets on bones. after docetaxel psa 0.085. Finished chemo July 2019. Only on Lupron since. PSA steadily rose to .1. .1.2. .1.3. PSA in may 2020 .3. Time for xtandi or some other drug? Oh. Axiom scan in Oct 2019 showed no areas of metastasis. Thanks

I suspect therapy is best if you alternate chemo and hormonal:

May be time for xofigo and another ADT drug, i.e. casodex, zytiga or xtandi.

Xofigo is for bone mets. He said his scan showed no areas of metastases.
