First reading was my best during my current treatment that included Cabazetaxel and Xtandi. Still on the Xtandi due to not many options and MO informed me current new clinical trails at SCCA were on hold. Scans still showing no progression and I am not having any problems other than normal ADT fatigue. This doubling of PSA also happened after Docetaxel. Failed Zytiga quickly as well. Diagnosed 2 years ago. Unless a promising trial comes along it looks like Radium 223 or another round of chemo. Any thoughts/input appreciated.

Feel pretty good, walking hour plus every day. Unsure of what is next but enjoying life right now.
My thought 8knots is that APC is a bitch from A to Z.. no progression is great ,Psa doubling is frightening .. we have a persistent foe , you might just need to hit it with the proverbial kitchen sink. You can’t give in . You’ve got more days ahead to fish .. others will chime in on options for you . I wish you well . 💪
Xofigo and Provenge seems to be a good combo. Anything useful show up on a biopsy or germline testing?
Update..... psa

Looks like I am an overachiever. I have now had one Radium 223 infusion. Tolerated very well. Other than ongoing ADT fatigue I feel pretty darn good. Also, I recently had blood draw for a nationwide genomic clinical trial and should have results in a few weeks.
Besides dealing with cancer have been concentrating of getting boat ocean-worthy for upcoming salmon season!
