My doctor told me he's had patients that had low PSAs on Zytiga for long periods of time, some for years. Hopefully you'll keep going down and ride it for a long time.
It's not amount of the drop as long as your PSA is headed in the right direction. And your PSA might just hang around 4.1 for long time. Any small changes from there could be inflammation or irritation in the prostate bed.
