After a PCa group talk, did the Zion 1/2 marathon

Spoke to a group in SLC about my 5 year journey with #stageivpca. Was nervous, but my timeline is ingrained in my mind like a well studied script. Went well, answered questions, had veggie pizza and a Amber Red Ale afterwards.

Flew to St. George and drove to Springdale, UT and did the 1/2 the next day. 28 degrees and windy, mostly uphill, but even with T at 3 - I finished and wasn't last :-)

Abiraterone may be failing as PSA rose to 12.9! Wanted to re start another round of chemo, but Kaiser MO said it wasn't indicated.

Time will tell how that med does, maybe a change in a few months.

My best to y'all
