The important take home point for me was -- him stressing that multiple drugs simultaneously (in combination) makes each of them many times more effective than a sequencing of drugs one after the next after each one failed - (which was what most Dr.s have doing for decades). The same is true with most trials until recently -- they were trialed by themselves only recently have they tried drugs in combination with another proven drug to see if they work better in combination than each one alone.

Dr. Snuffy Myers, Dr. Amato and Dr. Bob Leibowitz were decades ahead of their time.
