Yeah, Nalakrats is the resident expert on this.

Yes as Cesanon has said Nalakrats is the expert on this. Have been taking since November 2.5 ml twice a day of concentrated. I found it to be tolerable. Ordered directly from BIRM website. Am monitoring impact on PSA too early to say but may have coincided with a slow down in PSA growth but doing other things too and may not be connected. It is expensive.

Nalakrats can hook you up. It cost me about $250 month. I have been taking 5-7 ml/day for more than a year. I had a tumor on my rectum(overflow of the prostate cancer?!) the size of a baseball and it has been reduced to a thickening of the rectal wall! I am on Eligard+Zytiga and I am mostly vegetarian. I work 4x a week and I volunteer every Saturday. I'll be 70 this August. I also take Modified Citrus Pectin. I'm a believer. I'm have been in remission for less than a year.

I take 5ml a day of the standard concentration (not 7X) stuff, which I buy online (eBay, etc.)

typically ~$85 for a 240 ml bottle. So a bottle lasts about a month and 1/2.

It tastes pretty foul, but you get used to it after awhile.

They recommend to keep it refrigerated after opening, and that seems to help mellow the taste. I don't really know if it does me any good, but I have been undetectable PSA

for 2 years, and maybe it helps to keep me that way, along with a number of other supplements.

Thanks. Were you matastasis ?

It seems there is many things we are taking. The cost and whether to many create other problems . Overdose.

Yes, I had several bone mets and a few lymph node mets. Now scans look clean after 6 rounds of chemo (taxotere), RP and continuous Lupron for 32 months. All the supplements which I take, except for BIRM, are natural product components of foods I eat anyhow, and I don't take huge doses, so not worried about overdose. The cost of all the supplements I will ever take is likely dwarfed by the cost of a single Lupron shot.

What is your source? Seems what you are doing is best pricing.

Thanks

Yes. It all originally comes from the same place, so I just look for the best price online when I need some.

Hi I take Birm and I have from day one, I buy it from eBay as it’s the only way I can get it shipped to the UK. It costs me around £150

Thanks for the reply. Did BIRM help with the PSA?

I take a large amount of supplements alongside standard treatments, CBD paste (no THC) Birm, essiac tea, vitamin D, Vitamin E, magnesium, curcumin. I am lucky to be undetectable since my initial treatment began of Zytiga, Zoladex and Pred. I think you can utilise all treatments both holistic and standard to get your best chance of survival. I do not know whether my PSA was affected by Birm but if you have a high risk cancer it’s best to hit it with everything. When I was first diagnosed I went a bit crazy, vegan organic, Alkaline strict regime, Apricot kernels!! I was blessed by a guru in the rain forest (I’m serious) Since relaxing my regime my PSA has remained the same. Birm tastes 😫 but I take it everyday. Can I also recommend mood food by Patrick Holford it’s amazing for the mind! Really helps with the dark cloud that hormonally descends every few months. 👍
