Started taking BIRM concentrate on December 3rd. My PSA is currently at 0.48. The taste I would say is an acquired one. My oncologist just left town so I am going to see if I can’t just keep going with the following treatments.
I am a vegan and eat organic food
I do not drink
I do not smoke
I cycle for exercise and just went over 1,000 miles for the year which is about 4,000 miles less than I was doing before my PC diagnosis.
I am also scheduled for a lupron shot on December 17th which I am going to take a pass on and monitor my blood work every month.
I do the following.
ESSIAC 9 tables a day
BIRM 2 times a day
Vitamin C ivs twice a week
Acupuncture twice a week
Far infra Red sauna twice a week
EWOT therapy twice a week (exercising with a oxygen mask on)
Positive attitude 24/7
Prayers to God throughout the day.
I feel so blessed.
As a friend of mine said to me God doesn’t give you anything you can’t handle.
I am also not a big fan of BIG Pharma and many of the western educated doctors who no zero about nutrition.
Diagnosed in February 2017 with prostate cancer highest PSA 140 in February 2017.
To all my fellow teammates- stay strong 💪🏻 stay positive and you will live a good live.
Lastly, love the ones who are with you and who are providing priceless support on your journey to good health.
