This was discussed about a year ago. Before I joined in December. Probably worth discussing again. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl...

Another worthless mouse study.
Thanks. I have taken it for the last 12 to 18 months. Not sure that it has had any impact on PSA progression in relation to doubling times etc but my PSA is still relatively low at. 0.11
I have been taking BIRM for about a month. I received a very aggressive PC diagnosis 11/2018. Had a radical prostatectomy 1/2019, and radiation of pelvis 10-12/2019 and then radiation of 9 mm growth on 2nd left rib last month. I also take Essiac, Graviola, Modified Citrus Pectin and MANY other supps, am primarily vegan, low sugar and low carb and intermittent fast 16 hours a day for the last 18 months. I am also an athlete and work out 7 days a week. I also take casodex 50 mg, 30-45 days on and then 30-45 days off. PSA initially was 120 (I also had prostatitis, so who knows what the true number was). After surgery went down to 0.02, 11 months later was 0.19, hence the radiation of the prostate bed. Fast forward 10 months and spa's moved up to 1.39 (went down to .48 after use of casodex for 30 days). My PSMA showed metastasis of 2nd left rib (9mm). Stereotactic radiation and casodex started last month. Please hit me up with your thoughts and what has worked for you. Should I continue to take Birm as the case studies show it to be more successful prior to tumor growth, but that doesn't mean it might not still be effective afterwards.

I also have been taking FENBEN/PANACUR for over 2 years.
