Anyone know of any additional studies on Prazosin May Lower Prostate Cancer Recurrence Risk After Radiotherapy? Just finished SBRT treatment and have appt with uro oncologist next week. Thought it might be something to consider. Currently taking Tamsulosin bid since treatment started. Hope to taper to once a day as side effects hopefully subside.
