02/04 is #worldcancerday worldcancerday.org/

Did my 155th marathon on Sunday. With T at 6 from Abiraterone (been on it 2 weeks), it was a bit of a struggle to finish under 7 hrs(6:59:0).

They shunted us stragglers to a parallel course and I saw them tow away the Finish Line Banner

Had an Arrogant Bastard Ale to celebrate: arrogantconsortia.com/beer/...

Then a Jeremiah Red and tri-tip slider with fries post-race at BJs pizza

Honored my 29 yr old pt - Becca on my back. She got hit with Breast Cancer in 2016 and then succumbed a few weeks ago

Blood chemistry all normal. No PSA results yet(was at 11.7 in Jan)

155 marathons is amazing.

I have done 40 over the years so can appreciate the commitment you have made.

The last was NYC 2018 in 4.44.

It took a lot of portaloo stops but I made it.

Would love to be going back again this year but need a 2.07 half marathon qualifying time.

I guess my best days are over but still enjoy running.

5k pub race last night in 25C heat in 28.17.

Keep up your running. It is something we marathon fanatics enjoy most.
