Is a union scan different from pet psma. I don’t know if it’s available in India. Will it detect distant mets at a lower psa? Also is there a role of elreda starting before zytiga or xantdil

At a PSA value of .067 you should just watch and wait. No imaging will find anything that can be treated. A standard PSA test would report <0.07 and this is called "undetectable".

Yes, it's different. But at your PSA, neither will likely show anything.
