I fast all the time without trying. I actually fasted, except for some wine and a beer for three days last week, felt cleaned out ,lost a few lbs and had more energy,. I’m mostly vegan but cheat with fish and oysters. PSA. Under 0. From a year ago it doubled after being at a streaky psa11 on hash oil. When it doubled I started treatment AdT drugs Zytiga. Lupron, xygeva and pednistone. But it has metastasized to my bone.

Find Vicodin to give me pain felines and energy to physically force myself to be active and try not to sleep too late. Ok good luck everyone. CaptSquid 2u

Glad you are doing so well. Forgive the pedant in me, but you can’t have a PSA “under 0”. Mind you I would be very happy if mine was 0 at my age of 74. 😉
