I was surprised to see such a large percentage of patients with either germline or somatic BRCA mutations (20-25% according to the article).
Hope I'm one of the lucky ones that it helps .... just started on Olaparib on Friday.
Good news for those of you with BRCA 1&2 mutations. So far, Olaparib and other similar PARP inhibitors have not shown much (if any) efficacy for those of us with ATM mutations.
