good news! When I read median pfs not reached I feel good!

As usual, BRCA1/2 patients saw the greatest result. The other mutations 32 % rPFS. Better than nothing I guess.

I think I have seen somewhere a phase 1 study about parp + atr inhibitors for atm mutation…

1st Qtr 2024 PLANNETE trial should report some results.

At the moment, I'm on ADT + half dose Xtandi.

I'll find out late January how I'm doing. if my PSA < 0.1 then I'll stop at the end of April 2024 and see what happens from there. I'm researching adding in 2-cycles of BAT when it's time to resume to possibly knock down the crpc a bit. Time will tell.

Yes..I'm assuming you are referring to NR for the median rPFS.
