Lets take them one by one:
Sodium 133 Lower limit of normal is 136. So slightly low. Not significant . Just a little salty food will push it back in normal range.. If sodium goes below 120..risk of having seizure goes way up.
Red Cell Count: 4.18. ….Lower end of normal is 4.0 so you have enough red blood cells. No worries.
You need to tell me what is percentage of Lymphocytes in order to comment on them. More details needed . However, prednisone has a tendency to cause lower lymphocyte count.
You're an ace in my deck.... Good guy too...........

Can you comment on my lab results too?
Auto Lymphocyte Percent: 16.6%
Auto Lymphocyte Absolute: 0.8 k/uL
These readings are becoming worse gradually, although PSA is undetectable.
Lymphocyte percent : anything above 12.2% and below 47% is considered normal.
You have Lymphocyte percent 16.6 % so it is well within normal limit.
For Lymphocyte Abs: normal range is 0.85 to 3.0. Your Lymph Abs are :0.8. Slightly lower but not significantly lower. Keep watching for further downward movement.
Remember, the Neutrophil and Lymphocyte count are always changing and are not fixed.
More important measure is Neutrophil Vs Lymphocyte Ratio which indirectly indicates status of disease. N to L ration below 1.5 means you are doing better.a
