After the scare last month, I added 1000mg of Metformin to the daily 2gms, doubled the daily Lipitor and Casodex. Maybe the PSA was just an outlier. Still doing IF and CBD oil. Gonna add DIM and Nattokinase this time and check again. Did a 5k race and got a great view of the Queen Mary. I came in 3rd of PCa survivors. Fight on y'all

That's great news! I have to find one of those prostate 5Ks, as I just might be competitive in the survivor's division :-)

As always, thanks for sharing your test results and what you're doing about them.

IMHO your PSA is stable at a value of 4 (just round the numbers). Stable PSA is good news. Congratulations. Best of luck.

Congrats. Good News for you!... View of the Queen Mary? I don't see her, cause she died years ago... All I do see a big a boat behind you...

Came in third? I guess you forgot to wear your roller blades this time.

Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.
