After 4 months psa high

Started on firamagon in January psa 349...down to 22 in February started lupron and March started zytiga psa 26 ...April psa 33....T levels 0.....why psa not coming down

Maybe you are having a flare phenomenon.....keep taking it...in this study.....the PSA went quite a bit higher and then dropped even after stopping treatment:

It has worked great for me... try and relax..... they don't call it the prostate specific anxiety test for nothing...Welcome SPEEDYX....and good luck...
