This one?

Have you had any tumors tested for Homologous Recombination Repair Defects for which olaparib may be beneficial, or for mutational burden and/or the presence of PD-L1?
It may be a very potent combination.
There was a pilot trial that had some promising results pairing a PARP inhibitor with a PD-L1 inhibitor:

There's also some recent evidence that pairing a PARP inhibitor with an advanced hormonal therapy may be particularly beneficial:

Saw M.O.today and now only doing the enzalutamide/Pembrolizumab trial.Answer is no to your question .Thanks for your reply .You seem to have a vast knowledge
.
If you are still on zytiga then you may wish to try and squeeze some extra mileage out of that before going to trial by changing to dexamethasone if you are on prednisone....
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/300...
or by adding indomethacin to zytiga:
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/277...
or maybe doing both... if you have done both, ignore my suggestion... I believe in squeezing whatever you can out of each drug, before moving on...
All the best,
