Does anyone know anything about a trial in the design stage of pembrolizumab (Keytruda) + insight PD-1 antibody?
I have the CDK12 mutation, which we’re currently treating with taxotere + carbolplatin in clinical trial. I just had my 5th infusion. After 4 infusions, my PSA has dropped from 948 to 540. The goal is to keep me stable until the start of the pembro+ trial. I’d like to find more about the upcoming trial, including academic papers, but I’m not finding anything.
Thanks.

This might not apply to you. I've posted many many times that besides my Pca I am also fighting stage IV lung melanoma. Keytruda (15 sessions so far) has worked. I've been on a vacation off of Keytruda for more than 6 Months. Each treatment is $30k. Yep $30K. I have asked both my Pca Oncologist and my Melanoma Oncologist if I may be getting any benefit for my Pca using Keytruda. Both said NO but that was more than a year ago. Who knows now?
