I have been at PSA <0.1 for 12 months post chemo. Still on Lupron. My most recent PSA now came back at 0.1.
Is this now reoccurrence? Or is it still undetectable? I keep hearing 0.2 is the magic number. But why not 0.1 if it’s now measurable vs unmeasurable before?

If it's confirmed on your next test, you should talk to a radiation oncologist. The definition of biochemical recurrence is very arbitrary. Wa seems clear is men do best on SRT who have it as early as possible.
My PSA was 22.9 at diagnosis in early 2006 with a Gleason score of 7. After 40 rounds of IMRT and six months of Lupron, my PSA was <0.1, where it stayed for three years - then changed to 0.1 and then over the next five years it went back and forth between 0.1 and 0.2. After eight years, it dropped to <0.1 and stayed there for 4 1/2 years. Last month it went up to 0.1. I'm now a 13 year survivor, loving life, and consider myself fortunate. I monitor it and am not concerned with small changes that for me seem normal.
my psa going on 11 years is 39 your psa is still.o1 or even .02 i wouldn't worry about it get another psa in 6 months and see what happens. normal men their psa is from .0-4.0 think on it don't worry so much there is so much out their before your coming to the end relax and enjoy life.
