For 10 years my PSA was less than 0.1. Around the 10th year post-surgery my PSA went to 0.3 then down to less than 0.1 then 0.2 and up again to 0.3. The PSA has been 0.3 for the last few years. I test every 4 months.
My last three tests were:
2/16/22 0.29 PSA total,
6/22/22 PSA ICMA 3.2
10/2022 PSA 0.4 total
Question, is there a difference between total PSA and PSA ICMA?
Do I have an issue brewing with my PSA. Any suggestions would be helpful
Thanks

Had similar situation, went for PSMA (?) scan and it revealed that couple of those little rascals had apparently gotten loose and where beginning to show themselves. Been on Zytega and Lupron 6 months and PSA now undetectable. At 77, I will take that bet.
I also had similar situation as PSA went as high as .34. Had GA PSMA scan that showed nothing. Decided to do SRT after MO Dr Morgans (then at Northwestern) said SRT side effects so low and have real chance to kill it all. One year after SRT and PSA <0.01. Still nervous as I go for another PSA test in a couple weeks. Doing it every 3 months now.
