I’m not sure why they would even order a Free PSA for treatment monitoring. For monitoring during or after treatment, Total PSA is what is used. Your total is undetectable which is good. (If the Total is undetectable, the Free will be as well.)

Free PSA is used in conjunction with the Total (to determine the % Free PSA) before treatment to help the physician determine possible causes for an elevated Total PSA.

Are you referring to PSA or Testosterone? In your original post you mentioned PSA.
