Lupron headaches

Are headaches common with lupron?

Just saw urologist yesterday

Psa has gone from 1200 to 3.4 with lupron and zytiga. First 6 month shot of lupron had no problem. Second one yesterday seems to have brought on an occasional intense headache. Anyone else experience this?

I have regular headaches. I also take Zytiga. About once every 7-10 days I am zonked. Usually with a headache.

I started getting headaches after about 4 years of ADT, I think they are due to Xtandi, they really wear me down and sour my mood. I been treating with a regimen of ibuprofen and Celebrex, Dr. Sartor recommends to do what I need to to mitigate SE so I can remain on ADT since it continues to work.

I've never had a headache from my Hormone meds... But if you want to experience the mother of all headaches, marry my ex-wife.

I am not a doctor, I had headaches too. Went to absolutely zero caffeine and headaches went away. Also seems I'm not as hungry...

I’ve had two six-month Lupron shots. No headaches (yet). I definitely get the if I skip my morning coffee. 😁

Today its gone. Hopefully just a 24 hour issue. I can't give up my coffee

Had bone scan and chest/abdomen ct scan recently. Lower lumbar spine still involved but spots previously noted in lung, bladder and pelvis said "resolved". No doctor has explained it to me yet. I pulled up the results and read what was written by the radiologist

I have the same problem. Seems to occur mostly when sleeping at night. I have been on Lupron & Zytiga since June of this year. I will discuss this with my Stanford Oncologist on my next visit.
