J&J lost its patent lawsuit and the drug will now be available in generic...possibly within a matter of days, according to STAT news.

Not to throw cold water on good news but this will undoubtedly be appealed and a stay of the Order will probably be issued. Maybe next summer we'll be shopping generics.
