I've been on Xtandi and Lupron. I'm 6 years out. 3 years on Lupron then Xtandi added after that. I'm having pain but PSA 0.02 for the past 3 years. I use aspirin. Bone scans, PET scans, and cat scan shows nothing significant. All 3 bone mets dormant, resolved whatever. I have pain at night in my femers, lower back and neck. It's probably micrometastasis, who knows.

You must get that explosive rise in your PSA under control...Have you done chemo ? Dosetaxel might be the ticket to slow things down and give you some time to develop a new treatment plan..

Not yet probably that’s next

Have you had Xofigo or Provenge?

Talk to your oncologist about Xofigo if you have bone mets.

If visceral mets, consider the Lu-177-PSMA randomized clinical trial, now in Omaha, Indianapolis, Mayo Clinic, UCLA, Tulane, Albuquerque, Kettering OH, and Houston (there will be about 30 sites eventually):

The trial that TA mentioned is called "Vision" It's trial number is NCT03511664. They are doing this treatment in patients in Europe and Australia with good results..If you live near one of the locations doing the trial, it would be worth looking into..It's sponsored by a company called Endocyte

u didn't say what your psa is and how long have u had cancer. i've been fighting it now for 10 years. i just finished up a new tx since 2006 PROVENGE. check it out
