Hey, new member here. Had radical prostate syrgery 2004, radiation 2007, started hormones in 2008. Psa is rising after 8 years. Psa 3.0, when should i take next hormone shot. Psa????

Sometimes there is a recurrence in an area that can still be irradiated even after SRT. The decision on whether to start ADT now depends on whether distant mets are detectable, and the PSADT.

A little background would be helpful. How old are you? Your PSA is still low and you don't wont to get into harsh treatments too soon. There are a lot ADT treatments that could give you many years of good quality life.
