I buy the stronger BIRM for my husband. He has had good scans so far.. so maybe it is helping. I just email them and they send me a paypal invoice. I pay it and it appears a couple of days later. I send an email to [e-mail] asking for BIRM Concentrated - it is 126$ a bottle. I hope this helps.
