Can anyone point me towards stats on how many men respond to Zytiga once the PSA starts to rise on Lupron/ casodex? Also, how long the average response is?
Thanks ❤️🌈

What is meant by “ median not reached” in the Zytiga- prednisone arm?
In the reference provided, Figure 1 Chart B shows the Zytiga-prednisone arm Overall Survival curve. "Median not reached" just means that greater than 50% of the men who started in that arm of the trial were still alive when the data were reported. The chart shows that the "curve" stops short of the 50% mark, as indicated by the scale on the left side of the chart, and the dotted line across the middle. (That was better, when compared to the Prednisone alone arm.)
They did reach the 60% mark, however. Since the curved are still diverging, we can say with some assurance that In STAMPEDE, early Zytiga increased survival by at least 18 months; In LATITUDE, early Zytiga increased survival by at least 12 months.
My husband has already done upfront Docetaxel so I’m not sure if these stats still apply?
