T under 50 is considered castrate
Your pattern has been PSA decreasing along with T. The question you should be asking is why did your T suddenly double on the last test? Maybe the test was bad.
Nalakrats,
I will redo my test next month. Your reply was interesting due to your experience with Testosterone.

Serum Testosterone is affected by a lot of things. No instrument is perfect, and especially as the levels get lower it is easier to have errors creep in.
T levels have significant dirunal variations - best practice is to measure in the mornings, when they are highest.
Exercise, sex, stress, diet can all affect T levels. Again, when they are so low, it doesn't take much to move them.
Summary: your PSA is falling. That's good news. The T measurements are fluctuating a bit but remain at castrate levels. Even though that last T reading is slightly above the typical castrate level, your PSA is still falling. Nothing to worry about.
I agree with you, that is why I measure my testosterone in the morning. Thank you for your encouragement.
