2,3,7,8-Tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin is one of the most potent polychlorinated dibenzodioxins, which are poisons and carcinogens.

dibenzo means 2 benzene rings, with an "e", not an "i".

Benzine with an "i" is a combustible mixture of hydrocarbons.

A benzene ring is a cylcohexane - six carbons in a circle - except it has double bonds between every other carbon.

Tetrachloro means it has 4 Chlorine atoms, where you might expect Hydrogens.

2,3,7,8 are the particular carbons in that are chlorinated.
