After three months, on Lupron, Zytiga and prednisone PSA is <0.1

This is quite welcoming news to see the PSA drop from 2.8 to <0.1 in three months. I was told by my Oncologist that this is as sensitive a reading as this test can show. I think I have seen folks reporting readings out several decimal points. i know different labs use different testing methods and maybe that explains why some are reported in much smaller fractions. Any thoughts? Thanks for any feed back.
