Correction: I see that Guardant is a genomic tumor assay of some sort used to identify biomarkers?; for creating a chemo drug I assume. Has anyone out here done this. Thx, Stan

Yes, It is called genetic testing, some of our cancers have certain mutations that respond very well to certain targeted drugs. This may very well be the future of cancer treatment. They are not considered chemo however. I see from your previous post what your stats are,my guess they will restart Lupron, with either docetaxol or with zytiga, and I think you will get a great response. I know the expenses are tough. Insurance prob not an option now. I hit Medicare here in a few months
I did it. It found 1 thing. Was non actionable. But I have no comment otherwise.
It was covered by Aetna insurance.
