How about: "treatable".

Prostate Cancer is a coward that runs when I attack.

Prostate cancer is my favorite kind of cancer. I wouldn't trade it for any other stage 4 cancer. Only the best for me!

Just another disease to deal with yet cunning and relentless.

... an unwelcome visitor that reminds me of my mortality.

Advanced stage 4 PC is something my father says he wouldn't wish for his worst enemies or the devil. Its a death sentence like all advanced cancers and the victims are much like those prisoners on death row sentenced to death. Novel clinical trials appear now and then to elate the spirits much like an appeal to a court or governor but usually to no avail. The condemned and their families just wait their time and turn to face the grim reaper.

staying attuned to your body. and following the advancements in Medical Science. Eating right and walking a lot, getting blood drawn for test showing up on time for MD appointments. Meeting new people. Growing a mustache. Not getting a woody in the morning.

Hello gregg, Darryl put a sentence to be completed. I think we are not supposed to write philosophical stuff. Otherwise one can say many things about it. Darryl has given a good exercise to condense our thoughts. I enjoyed it. I appreciate your expression. Kind Regards

A male cancer that needs to be promoted better to get a PSA test, I was told by a friend and I didn't even know about the test, I am 67. I have prostate cancer but because I was told to get the test, I caught it early and he saved my life, I believe in paying it forward, so prostate cancer is a disease that I have to learn to change my lifestyle in all positive ways ,everyday learning how to help my self along with the doctors help so I can beat it and reading all the latest improvements here at H.U. and I would like to thank all the Pcancer survivors here that have answered all our questions here as newbies like me. I had so much fear when I was first diagnosed and after 4 or 5 months here I have learned I can survive this disease , fear can ruin everything, knowledge can bring back our senses to survive. Thank you Darryl for your administration work here at HealthUnlocked and all that you do to make us feel at home here.

everybody have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!! and God Bless

a sequence of adult male (and loved ones' ) profound tragedies, losses and suffering, mysteriously wrapped in a potentially renewed appreciation for life, different opportunities, and a few unexpected moments of wonder and, sometimes, when we're lucky, even joy as a forever-changed life is lived, and eventually ends.
