Intro, Ken's been thru Surgery and SRT+ADT

Hi Everyone,

I have already had treatments at both Stanford and UCSF in Northern California. PSA undetectable today. 2011 through 2015 were tough years. Hoping that I get good durable remission

Dx Jun 2011. bPSA 5.7 ng/mL. Surgery Jul 2011. T3a N0 Mx. Gleason 4+4, neg margins. first PSA undetectable. PSA became detectable Jul 2012. Rising PSA to .2 ng/mL Sep 2012. ADT2 start Oct 2012. SRT start Nov 2012. ADT2 end Jan 2014 (19 total months ADT2 in combination/following SRT). PSA undetectable to date. Avodart and supplements for maintenance.
