This drug shows promise to be an improvement over Enzalutamide (Xtandi) so I think a lot of people are watching it. I posted about this a few weeks ago.
Here's something from the article (link above) "One advantage is that darolutamide has been found to block the activity of all tested/well-known mutant ARs in prostate cancer, including the recently identified clinically-relevant F876L mutation that produces resistance to Enzalutamide and Apalutamide."
I don't think there's much information available about it. It's disappointing to me that the Darolutamide (ODM-201) trial for metastatic cancer is only taking patients wth no previous treatment. That leaves out so many people who could potentially benefit from it.
