I've had ADHD my whole life. Tried all kinds of meds and never seemed to help. I also struggle with tinnitus since I was a child.
I was attacked in 2024 with brass knuckles in my left temple and had a grade 3 concussion. Since then, my memory is shot. Days feel like a week has gone by. I suffer from PTSD and anxiety, hyper vigilance, but not depression oddly enough. I have moments like all humans, but it's not a constant thing.
After my attack I started noticing that caffeine would knock me out cold a few hours after having coffee, so I tried going up in caffeine and down in caffeine, nothing has helped. So I'll sleep a majority of the day or nap long periods, do some work, then fall asleep again.
Due to that, I'm up all night like an owl.
I see a psychiatrist, take Lexapro and Xanax, and do therapy.
I fear caffeine withdrawal.
Anyone else having things like this?
