new med

Took it for 6 months, but it did nothing to help my ADHD so I stopped with my dr's consent. Hope it helps you.
I have been on it for a few months. It’s technically a mild stimulant that isn’t considered a stimulant because it’s so mild. Unlike the other non-stimulants (which lower blood pressure), this one can raise blood pressure. I have trouble with low blood pressure so this is a great med for me. It has been helping me spend time on the thoughts I choose rather than burning out.
Hi, funkyunkyskyy,
Thank you for contacting CHADD National Resource Center on ADHD. Give the medication some time to work with your body. You can also try other things to help, like joining a support group or working with an ADHD coach. Here are the links!
If there is anything else you need, please let me know.

this medication is a placebo I am convinced. must take regularly for it to build up levels in body. I did not feel anything gave me headaches. it was supposed to help me reduce adderall mgs which i did by lowering dosage each week 90 a day to 50 rn. the medication made me foggy a bit also
I'm on Strattera, 40mg, and it works well for me. I have noticed if I drink coke, or a bubbly caffeinated drink, it seems to kill some of the effectiveness- but it doesn't do anything with tea (go figure). It does a couple of days to build up in my system, and so many people don't consider it effective.
