Hi, thank you there are lots of interesting posts on there and quite a few new things to try. I am currently just using a notepad but I am finding it works really well for me at the moment. Instead of starting a hundred jobs in a day I have got a realistic list to work with and it is great seeing things ticked off at the end of the day.

Thanks

That's good, I'm glad that you have found something that helps you. I REALLY struggle with being consistent. I write shopping lists and I never end up looking at them and then I spend impulsively

That sounds like you are struggling with that which is a real shame. Can I ask what help you get as you are in the UK as I really haven’t been given any from the doctors apart from giving some information to read and they did direct towards this platform.

I’m quite happy with modern Sam. It makes our tasks more gamified like an rpg. We also can make our own, kill monsters to collect monster cards and such. They have been expanding quite a bit over the last year too.

Thank you kindly for your suggestion I will definitely give it a go and see how if helps me. I am really appreciative of all the help I have had so far from this group and I have only asked two questions.

Thanks again

I like the Forest App. It helps me stop incessantly checking my phone when I'm supposed to be focusing, and it has a number of features to help with motivation, like different kinds of rewards/challenges, following & teaming up with friends on the app, etc.

Hi and thank you so much for your recommendation. I will definitely have a look at it, I have been researching all the suggestions from everyone. I end up doing so much research that I confuse myself with all the information I take in so I am just going to start trying some and I might as well start with yours.

Thanks and thank you everyone else
