2. Remember- there's no generic way to deal w/adhd

3. Remember- there's some things you can't do anything about

4. I'd you find yourself distracted, slow down & concentrate on only 1 thing

5. Keep your workspace clean

6. Keep a to-do list

7. Positive thinking

8. Praise your achievements

9. Never give up
