Those are all good.
It also helps to build structure and systems that can help. Visual cues can be good memory aids. (Then again, too many reminders strewn about become visual clutter, and tend to get ignored.)

When my son was a preschooler (about 3 or 4 years old), and I was about to head out to work one day, he handed me a sticker he had peeled off the fruit he was about to eat. As I received it, he said to me, "this is a reminder to remember."
(He never told me what I needed to remember, even when I asked! 😂 I kept the sticker, stuck to a Father's Day picture he had made me at preschool that year, and wrote the quote, "A reminder, to remember" in sharpie with an arrow pointing to the sticker. I still have the picture, with the quote, but the sticker fell off a while back and I can't find it anymore.)
On that note, mementos are reminders of very different memories, so I gone way off on a tangent! 🤣
