Adult ADD Support Groups Sessions

Hello, I'm new to this group. I'm wondering if anyone knows of adult ADD support group sessions. I'd prefer a live group on the Central Coast of California, but realize an online option might be the most realistic based on my location. Thank you. David

There are many CHADD support groups, the ones I know are online! You can find your local CHADD chapter here: chadd.net/

Some also have events listed on Meetups such as the LA area and Oakland/Berkeley groups! Hope you find the right group for you!

Thank you. Unfortunately, I'm 3;30-4 hours from either SF or LA and there is not a chapter on the Central Coast.

You can still attend the groups online, no matter where you're from! I live in the Bay area and joined a group in Southern CA personally.

Hi and welcome Ive been going to the weekly online support group Sunday evenings put on by ADHDruids. Great format, a mix of personal experience and education. It's a younger, techy gamer crowd of ADHD Autism AuDHD mostly. Peer Support Group Sundays at 7pm CST, Free and no signup beforehand.
