I've read good things about Qelbree.

It's newer, and I think it's supposed to be less likely to cause side effects than Strattera, even though they are both SNRI medications.

I can empathize about the relationship issue. I was married and was cheated on. It can hurt long after it's over. (I needed help from therapy and medication for a while. It took a long time to find a support group that fit my needs to help me heal.) I'm co-parenting with my ex, so we have had to find a new dynamic that works...so I had to consciously forgive her, to be able to move on.

• I keep talking about grief lately...it was harder to go through it for the loss of my marriage than for the loss of my grandma (whom I was very close to) many years ago.

Many of us have had difficult work situations. Work organizations will talk about options for a transfer, but my own experience was that it was next to impossible to actually get approved. I hope that your experience turns out better than mine did.

• Hopefully, your workplace is actually considerate of your ADA accomodations. I don't understand how closed-minded many employers are about making reasonable accommodations... it's not practicing favoritism, it's addressing needs.

Note that Qelbree will take time to work, so don't give up on it! I think it's up to 4 weeks maybe? My son takes Strattera, but I've heard good things about Qelbree online.
