New Job, Same Me

Im 27 years old and in the past 5 years I've worked at 4 different jobs. I'm currently trying to figure out how to quit the job I am working now as I don't like the work that I do, which is not much. I feel bad for even complaining about the fact that my job doesn't require a lot from me, but it is also low pay and thus I am unable to get satisfaction out of the work that I do. The only job that I ever enjoyed was working at a daycare center which unfortunately is also a very low paying job. I have dreams of one day owning a home and starting a family, but not until I manage to land a well paying job. I do not have the patience to work the same job every day at the hopes of one day earning a raise. I am slowly but surely working towards a master's degree so that I can earn skills and qualifications that will hopefully lead to good career, but I am also worried that even then I will not be able to stay at one job. How do I find a good job that is good for me?

Perhaps working Public Services or Library Associate (the most common job title but there could be other names for em) could be a nice fit?I earn 23.41 an hour in Montana and it doesn't require a degree, although I do have a bachelor's. It has a lot of variety day in and day out, but it could also be a bit triggering from time to time since although the vast majority of folks you'll help are just looking for a book or need help accessing a computer. There will also sometimes be people who are obviously going through an incredibly difficult part of their lives. It can sometimes cause empathy fatigue. Again, libraries vary a lot, so your local one could be very different.

At the least you'd be working somewhere where your daily labor makes a difference to countless of individuals day in and out.

Although it is common that there are very few full time positions available usually.
