I love being an ADHD adult and would like to spend more time with ADHD adults. Time to spend more time with my peeps. Please advise of any social events in No. Cal and Oregon.

ADHD Social Events for Adults in Northern California and Oregon
According to the CHADD affiliate locator, there are a few CHADD affiliates in NorCal (mainly Sacramento, San Francisco, San Jose areas).
You might look for Meetups in your area, or check Facebook groups.

I recently joined a Facebook group called ADHD Men's Support Group (mensadhdsupportgroup.org/). It has only one in person meetup so far, only in NYC, but I'm sure that in enough members in NorCal &Southern Oregon want to get together, I'm sure that you could arrange to do so.
(By the way, I'm just curious...do some people around there still want to identify that area as the State of Jefferson?)
stem_dad, Ive never heard that before... by googling I found this: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeffe...

i know CHADD has some virtual meetings once a month. i can never attend because i am at work still at the time they do it.
I've come to realize that there's a need for local ADHD support groups almost everywhere.
If there isn't a local group in your area, would you consider starting one?

When I first got my ADHD diagnosis, I was disappointed to find that there were no Adult ADHD support groups in my area. (I was living in an area known as the Palouse at the time, which includes parts of Idaho and Washington state.)
I've since moved to an area in western New York state known as the Southern Tier (which borders the Northern Tier area of Pennsylvania, and the two together are known by the regional name of the "Twin Tiers").
The Palouse and the Twin Tiers share a similar climate, natural beauty, and are mainly rural. Like a lot of rural areas, they seem to lack ADHD support groups. Urban areas (at least on the CHADD affiliate locator map) seem to be where the majority of ADHD support groups spring up.
At least, that's been my observation.
But that doesn't mean we can't form our own ADHD support groups. Maybe start with a Meetup.
I have resisted the idea of starting an official kind of group, because I'm concerned about how much work it will take, and I don't think I can do it on my own... But I know that if I need support in my area, then other people do, too.
So, I've started looking for information about how to start an ADHD support group. This is the first thing I've found, so far.
