learning to cope with my adhd and learning how to make it a positive instead of a negative

In a state where im learning to cope with my adhd and learn how to make it a positive instead of a negative digging deep within my self to apply the effort that it truly needed in my life. Lately ive come to self realization that im the one holding my self back from truly experiencing the things that are right in front of me understanding that i can't control every outcome of most situations i face but i can take the time to slow down and turn my hyper foucus into a more productive aspect of my life in stead of dreading every moment overthinking the outcome.

Love this post, I wish I had come to this realisation sooner than later, but then again I love my life and I'm glad it went the way it did and I realised what I did when I did.

Bravo, may your life open up more and more as you shine my friend.

I’m learning that my overthinking is causing a lot of my issues. Stimulant meds help with that sometimes for me, but I haven’t found the right one/dose yet so I still struggle. Meditation and grounding multiple times a day has been helping too.

You have to flip what you thought was negative. Can't do this, can't do that, that affects, this affects me, struggling with this, struggling with that... So, flip it.. Can do this, that does NOT affect me, living with, coping with, fighting against.... Google all the negative symptoms, and then look up all the opposite meanings..... I used to think my ADHD diagnosis was negative, now I say 'Diagnosed as a genius' 😀👍
