hey Bucky94, I am a CBT therapist with ADHD myself . I mostly work with Single Session Therapy ( SST), which loosely means you just take sessions as and when you need them - one session one focus . I can't recommend anyone- not sure where you are located but my son has done wonders with dialetical behavior therapy. Google Psychology today and they have therapist recommendations in your area.
