Looking for an in-person ADHD health coach in Suffolk County, NY.

This is for my 19 year old daughter with ADHD.

just saw your post. I’m not directly in person, but I can do telephone, video, text, etc…. I’m 36 Male working on my cyber security masters. I’m actually doing some homework right now. I struggle like crazy, but I’ve been around enough with the condition to know pointers and how to settle down and live a fulfilling life. Name is Cory. Hi, both of my daughters went to couseling with a social worker in 5 towns. He does in person and telehealth. He’s not a “coach” but very helpful.

Basically you just google ADHD coach and your area ... and if you child is comfortable with zoom, just google for coaches without a location ... lots of people work on zoom these days. I had a local coach, but she talked to me on the phone and was very helpful.

Also a therapist who does CBT and has worked with ADHD is extremely helpful.
